morning bell

By Faithless, the wonder-boy

it's about a couple going through hard times, and devorcing.
they are spliting their stuff:

You can keep the furniture
Where'd you park the car
Cut the kids in half(they can't decide who gets them, kind of like he bible verse)

you can tell it's not what they wanted:

I wanted to tell you but you never listened
You never understand
I wanted to tell you but you never listened
You never understand
Cos I'm walking walking walking...

The lights are on but nobody's home
Everybody wants to be a
The lights are on but nobody's home
Everybody wants to be a singer
Walking walking walking...

The lights are on but nobody's at home
Everybody wants to be a
Everyone wants to be a friend
Nobody wants to be a singer
Walking walking walking...

well this is pretty daft interpretation of radioheads new song 'morning bell' but since no one else has put one here from kid A (apart from the old version of mps) i thought i would give it a go.
This song seems to be about some kind of dispute and possibly a divorce, where one parent is telling the the other to take everything, because he/she wants to start over again - "You can keep the furniture/A bump on the head/Release me" - this shows how of them sees the shared possesions as a burden which only reminds them of their past and this is what they want to get away from. the reason i think it is divorce is the line "cut the kids in half".
"I wanted to tell you but you never listened/You never understand" shows how there is some dispute between people, and one is leaving - "Cos I'm walking walking walking..."

anyway thats about it...please someone else contribute to this thing and fix up anything u think i have stuffed up in this interpretation.
