I do not think they played Creep, because a friend of mine yelled out to play it and Thom got angry. That's why I love them!

They didn't play Creep, I was there. Someone yelled for them to play it and Thom got pissed.

I was the dude that said--"Play some fucking Creep" and he was like, "Did someon say play some fucking Creep?" "Your number four on the moron list". I did it to get a rise out of him, I figured I'd get a response, cause I read in an interview previous to the show that he hates when people request that song at his gigs. I don't think he realized I was "taking the piss" as they say in the UK.

I did however meet Thom prior to the show, and I couldn't think of anything cool to say other than, "Are you going to play a good show?" He said, "I'm going to do my best mate". He did sign my "The Bends" concert poster, and I spent about a half hour talking to Johny drinking beer before the gig. He was a really nice guy. Not pretentious in the slightest.

The show by the way was killer.
