I just think the it's the Thom/Stanley influence. The lines at the bottom of the artworks are the same ones from "The Eraser." I think Thom's just fascinated with swirly things and lines at this moment in time.
Who knows though. RHCP will release their new album I wonder if Flea will have too much on his hands? I'm also hoping RH has some type of tour.

Maybe radiohead doesn't, but atoms for peace does?

Was Ed. And AFP they'd better have new brand songs of their own. I'll do a Hulk if they release stuff that we all expect to see with Radiohead (ie The Present Tense). One other thing to consider is the interview (with jonny?) where he said that radiohead didn't have 8 more songs waiting to be released.
Maybe radiohead doesn't, but atoms for peace does?

The poster has been there since they did the tour in '10.
The whole site looks like Sandbag just put up their default placeholder site for a band which, shock, includes a "physical" tab.
It's all circumstantial.

RHCP have already released (past tense) their album. I am listening to it as we type.

I know what you mean. I'd dearly love to see it on a Radiohead album.
However, I'd rather it see a release - ANY release! - than have demo versions sitting around gathering dust for millenia as happened with songs like Big Boots and Follow Me Around.

Pretty insightful first post. Welcome to the board.most importantly, stanley has never debuted artwork that is destined to feature heavily on an unreleased album in any exhibition or for sale before release - he keeps it secret.
And yeah, Stanley's been keeping the Lost Angeles print very secret (not showing it) and working among 'various other things of mid to high-level secrecy'.
So the album is just done, I believe.

John Frusciante is one of my favorite musicians of all time, so initially i was pretty biased against this album.
But, what they did is exactly what they needed to do. They are an entirely new band, with hints of RHCP from the early 2000s
How do you top Stadium Arcadium anyway?
You don't. You do something completely new and different.
