Yeah the artwork supports this idea a lot!i completely agree. especially with songs like 'and it rained all night' and 'harrowdown hill'
Also the guitar style on The Clock!

Being that Thom is from england, i can get behind this I suppose, although it was released in the summer. Maybe it just means he wrote it in the Winter. Kid A and Amnesiac sound like Copenhagen; In Rainbows sounds like Los Angeles; King Of Limbs sounds like an opium den.

kinda off topic, but I always think of HTTT as a "fall" album, even though it was released in June. I don't know why.
