theyve played 33.

that leaves a LOT, which doesn't seem right, but leaves me pretty stoked.

Obviously the King Of Limbs songs will continue to form the main spine of the setlist but what I'm hoping for is that a lot of these 40-odd songs Thom alluded to, that haven't been played live thus far, will be rarities and b-sides and of course new material. Personnally I'm really excited about the prospect of hearing songs like Skirting, Present Tense, I Froze Up, Kinetic, Fog and Witch. And many others.

Songs like Cut A Hole clearly are works in-progress but Identikit strikes me as being essentially the finished song. I'm sure they have quite a few others in various stages of "completeness"...

I'm hoping that this means by next Spring we will get a live EP (or LP) and then, after virtually a year of road testing, they will be well on track to get LP9 cut and out! Its an extremely interesting time...

There is no way they could do kinetic live.
But I really do hope they do a good amount of older b-sides.
I fucking love "Fog (again)"

"Fog" is one of those Radiohead songs that everyone seems to love but it never became a fixture in the live set for some reason. This is a feature of Radiohead, literally so many incredible songs that some genuine beauties inevitably get neglected.

I was lucky enough to hear it at Nottingham Arena in 2003 and it was one of those spine-tingling "Jesus - this is just totally A M A Z I N G" moments when a song takes you up to another level. The first time I heard True Love Waits was the same. I defy anyone not to watch Thom's performance of it in Cambridge and not get choked. I admit I can cry like a baby sometimes watching it. Fog is like that too...

i'd love to see them make an attempt at studio fog.. such a good arrangement, kind of a crappy recording compared to other songs from that era and even the other b-sides.

i dont get why they didnt like the original, its the only amnersiac b-side that should actually have gone on the album imo. not that the piano version isnt good.

btw Then Youre Wrong it might be cool to add a 'soundchecked' list, since apparently a few were done for the other night which didnt get played e.g. go to sleep.

I heard staircase for the first time at Atoms for Peace concert in Chicago and along with I Froze Up, and both of them were chillingly beautiful.

He said they rehearsed 75 songs, not that they'd play that many. Ed made a similar comment about a crazy number of songs before the IR's tour and they didn't play near that many.

This is a good point, but I'd still like to keep track of which songs from which albums (b-sides, and new ones too) have been played, and which haven't.

It was more heart breaking last time because we had the tour blackboard, where they'd written the songs they could possibly road test. Only played a handful.

I hope they stop playing Codex, MMM, and GUTG as the tour goes on. I like all those songs a lot but I dont think they translate well to the current band set up.

really doubt it will happen since it's a large chunk of the new album. they especially seem to like GUTG
