So basically, you choose your favorite and least favorite song on each album. (You are NOT allowed to choose Fitter Happier,Treefingers, or Hunting Bears as least favorites because that would be taking the easy way out :icon_evil )
Example

Pablo Honey
F- Creep (Still an awesome song after all these years)
LF-Lurgee (Not too bad, just forgettable)

The Bends
F-Street Spirit (Still gives me chills every time)
LF-Planet Telex (I know, shocking, but I've never got into that song)

OK Computer
F-The Tourist (Incredibly hard choice, but this song just blows me away and is the best album closer ever made IMO)
LF-Hmmmmmm... I'm going to say Karma Police because it is the only song on this album that I am even slightly sick of :D

Kid A
F-The National Anthem (This song is the definition of insanity :D)
LF-This was even harder to choose than OKC, but I'll go with In Limbo because it captivates me slightly less than the others

Amnesiac
F-You And Whose Army? (Another beautiful song, and love Thom's compressed voice and how it slowly builds up)
LF-Dollars & Cents (Again, hard to choose, but this one dosen't jump out at me like the others)

Hail To The Thief
F-2+2=5 (This was the2 nd hardest to choose, but this wins for sheer awesomeness)
LF-Backdrifts (Forgettable compared to the other tracks)

In Rainbows
F-All I Need (THIS was the hardest to choose, but this song is the reason why all those people lie down in Just. Absolutely beautiful)
LF-Videotape (On an album by any other band this would be the best song, but here it is the worst IMO. Still love it though.)

The King Of Limbs
F-Give Up The Ghost (Never heard anything quite like it)
LF-Little By Little (I haven't really gotten into it)

So there you go!

Ugghhh, so hard, but here goes....

Pablo Honey
F - Blow Out (awesome closer)
LF - Vegetable (certainly not awful, but it doesn't do much for me)

The Bends
F - Planet Telex (this guys know how make to make a tracklist, awesome opener, love the riff)
LF - Bones (this seems like an obvious pick, I still like it, but I just don't listen to it much when I play this album)

OK Computer
F- Airbag (Epic, on a personal side note, I was involved in a car accident, and this song took an even greater meaning to me)
LF - Electioneering (I do like it, it's the most rocking song on the album, but it doesn't move me as much as the others)

Kid A
F - Optimistic - (I can't quite explain it, I just absolutely adore the riff , this was also really hard to choose)
LF - In Limbo (still awesome)

Amnesiac
F - You and Whose Army - (great riff, love Thom's vocals and the climax is just perfect)
LF - Morning Bell/Amnesiac - (good, but would've preferred another song here)

Hail to the Thief
F - Backdrifts (shocker, I know, it just sounds so cool)
LF - We Suck Young Blood - (doesn't really go anywhere, kind of like Sail to the Moon, but I still listen to both here and there)

In Rainbows
F - Jigsaw Falling Into Place (killer guitar work, however I did like the rockier, electric version aka Open Pick, still great though)
LF - House of Cards (good, but kinda meh, cool music video though)

The King of Limbs
F - Bloom (just a stunning opener, really sets the tone and so damn good live)
LF - Little by Little (good, but doesn't move me much)

I think this thread has been made before, but my opinion has changed :P

Pablo Honey
F- Blow out (for being from the PH-era, is a good track, that riff :D)
LF- Vegetable (Im not a fan from this era, so whatever track I choose, would be fine on this choice)

The Bends
F- Planet Telex (the same as Blow Out I think, the intro is wow)
LF- Black star (same as Vegetable)

OK Computer
F- Lucky (Amazing track, musically and lyrically, and lets a perfect introduction to The Tourist)
LF- Let Down (Sorry, but i dont see this track as magnificent as the others on OKC)

Kid A
F- The National Anthem (when I was beggining to love Radiohead, this track was played in shuffle and since the beggining it hooked me, plus the chaotic ending, I felt in love with it)
LF- In Limbo (same as Let Down but for Kid A)

Amnesiac
F- Pyramid Song (excellent lyrics and the ambience that all the sounds we can listen on this track)
LF- Knives out (so britpop for being on this album with all the other amazing tracks)

Hail to the Thief
F- There There (Lyrics, riffs, tum tums, Thom' s voice and the video is wow)
LF- A punchup at a wedding (boring)

In Rainbows
F- Nude (the most beautiful song that Radiohead has made! Last night I was listening on my celphone on shuffle Nude and then started Reckoner, the most amazing feeling Radiohead has gave me in shuffle)
LF- House of cards (difficult to choose, I love this album beggining to end, but I had to pick one)

The King of Limbs
F- Bloom (PERFECT)
LF- Little by little (glad to see Im not the only one on this)

Mine would be the opposite. Let down will hit you one day. Then your criticism of it will be its too magnificent.

when i first started listening to radiohead lucky was one of my favs. now i guess i've just overplayed it.

Sure, why not?

Favourite then least favourite, can't be arsed to label them all.

Pablo: Creep, Anyone Can Play Guitar
The Bends: Just, Bones
OK Computer: Airbag, Fitter Happier
Kid A: Kid A, Optimistic
Amnesiac: Like Spinning Plates, Dollars and Cents
Hail to the Thief: Where I End and You Begin, Sail To The Moon
In Rainbows: Videotape, 15 Step
The King of Limbs: Lotus Flower, Codex

The only songs I just mentioned that I actually dislike Anyone Cab Play Guitar and Fitter Happier. That said, I hate Codex because it's just the laziest thing they've ever done and everyone fell for it. It sounds like a band trying to sound like Radiohead.

OK Computer: Airbag, Fitter Happier
Hail to the Thief: Where I End and You Begin

the OP said no Fitter Happier...
what's your least favourite from HTTT?
(Im loving a lot right now WIEAYB, that's why I ask you)

What!?

Mmm.. yeah, felt the same after posting it :S
but I dont know, the whole album is so warm and experimental with all these electronic and jazzy sounds that Knives out feels out of place to me, sounds like a b-side for OKC or The bends... in that way, it would be an amazing track as Talk show host or The trickster

The OP ought to be grateful that I'm answering his question at all. The tracks they mentioned are all Radiohead tracks and I see no reason why they shouldn't be included!

My bad about HTTT, Sail To The Moon is my least favourite track, mainly because I feel it slows the album down too early on. I like it a lot more than I used to though.

I dunno, I mean I tried to learn the chords and they're really bizarre, and along with all the cross-rhythms I think it's just as experimental as anything else on that album. I can understand not being a huge fan of it as a song, and it's not my favourite, but I do think it's pretty awesome.

I almost agree with your assessment of Codex. I loved it at first, but now it just drags and I can't listen to it. Even live I wanted them to hurry the fuck up and finish it.

GUTG I've been a little hot and cold with but to me it's really stood the test of time (still a short time, admittedly), maybe moreso than Bloom even.
