Been smoking for 13 foolish years. Unfortunately I now care about fitness and my health a lot more and try to stave off the smokes until night-time. It makes for a grumpy and fidgety man. I don't have what it takes to quit right now, so cutting down is the next best thing.
The delusion of one is insanity. Of several, a cult. Of many, a religion.

I was a hopeless smoker for 30+ years, over a pack a day, quit using Chantix. It makes you a bit crazy, but it works. Two years in September, and I'm totally over it.
The most terrifying thing is to accept oneself completely.

Oh man, Chantix and dreams of giant spiders and an overwhelming paranoid feeling that aliens were living in my ceiling.
Good times.

I used to smoke until some time ago, then lost interest on it gradually (to be honest I didn't like the 'taste' anymore) till, some months ago my father got cancer and I had a glimpse of what I could have to pass through. I have a cig occasionally, but I'm not a smoker anymore.

Gave up smoking years ago. Now I only have the occasional joint to get high on special occasions.
