I mean, WTF?
I have some feeling though that he might really have been spotted there, proably just holidaymaking and stuff. Or maybe... ims menoo?
And please excuse me the perversity of quoting The Daily Mail.

If they think the end of the world thing will happen, then my advice is they release those goddamn songs they put on the shelf FREAKIN NOW! At least will have something fresh to listen to when this happens
(And AMOK too)
But seriously... what a shitty article!
Come on, it's the Daily Mail. They compared Radiohead's live performance to Cheryl Cole's.
http://www.dailymail...lp--Cheryl.html
Wouldn't care about anything they post regarding Radiohead after that. But yeah, this borders on hilariously pathetic

Daily Mail just want payback for them writing a mean song about them.
Yeah, that's what I thought about later on. But somehow it'd be funnier and more absurd if the thing had been made up in Brasil.
And that article - man, what a great read. You gotta admit it takes a lot of creativity to come up with this kind of analysis and probably even more guts to publish it. I especially liked the bit about the screens that 'move too much and show too litlle' and the profound observation on the audience's profiles. However, I can't forgive this de Lisle guy calling Radiohead 'not cuddly'.
"With his beard and ponytail, he is like a thoughtful goblin, until he dances and turns into an electrocuted rag doll."
Of course the minister of tourism claims that haha!
But what this has going for it is that Radiohead loves Brazil, and they're on the eccentric side and Thom is always worried about global warming, so maybe the dudes really think the world is gonna end :/
If they think the world is gonna end, I think we may get another album sooner than we thought. They recorded something at Jack White's studio didn't they? Thom did say in a suspicious manner that we will find out soon didn't he?
And also this,
Thom on Atoms For Peace release, which is loaded with apocalyptic themes.
"It's a while to wait i know so i'm sure some other things will occur before then.''
yipyip!
"Owner of the Catuçaba hotel, Frenchman Emmanuel Rengade, said: 'The reason why he's here is to get away, because hotels like this preserve the privacy of the guests and he does not want publicity.'"
o rly?
if the world really is going to end on the 21st I can think of much worse places to be then holed up in a Brazilian hotel with Jonny ![]()
Shoot low boys, they're ridin' Shetland ponies
Perhaps he made a silly joke surrounding the end of the world or something and people didn't get it.... well, who cares, i don't think a guy like Jonny would be concerned of such matter
i kinda forgot about this song cuz its not on an album but I think it's one of radiohead's best in yearshttp://www.youtube.c...h?v=McuHVXgR8dA
read this article with this song as background

i shoot myself with rock & roll
I hate that statement so much. I dont really agree with it, but people say it like it's a negative. "well ya know. I don't like them cuz they make me feeeel"Nice to see the "Radiohead are depressing" comments are still around too, I haven't seen one for years.

i shoot myself with rock & roll
lol
the link was hilarious
